We are always on the hunt for apps that make our lives more productive, a little easier and can help us to realise our biggest goals and dreams. Every #GirlBoss has their arsenal of apps to keep them on track and help them remember every little thing.

We selected 6 of our favourite apps to organise your business day! 

1- WUNDERLIST (PHONE & DESKTOP)

Wunderlist is a life saver! Before I started using it, I had to-do lists all over the place, in my journal, phone notes, email drafts, calendar — it's so helpful to have one checklist that I can easily access on the go.

Everything from grocery lists to tasks for your employees can be organized in Wunderlist and shared with the people who need to be involved! Such an amazing app!

2- GOOGLE CALENDAR app

I won’t be original for this one but Google Calendar is my BFF! 

The Google Calendar app is a great way to stay on top of your schedule. You can add different calendars and share with your team!

3- CALM for meditation

If you’re looking to get more into meditation, or even just take a couple of minutes out of the day to calm your mind and re-center yourself, Calm is your app!

Calm has options for guided meditation for the beginner all the way through the advanced, and is armored with soothing sounds of nature that assist in taking your mind to another place… Much needed during a busy day!

4- PINTEREST

The Pinterest app is my go-to for inspiration and ideas. Pinterest is the best way to source new content ideas.  I also use Pinterest a lot for my personal inspiration; for outfits I’d like to wear, interior inspiration, recipes and sometimes even for shopping. The app is like everything in one for me and I find it somewhat meditating scrolling through my feed and getting inspired!

5- EXPENSIFY - expense reports

If you are like me and you find hard to keep track of your spending, Expensify is a life saver! You can organise all your expenses and assign them to clients or jobs. It makes it easy to collaborate with others and can even scan receipts automatically.

It automates everything for you, or your employees, so no more time is wasted on reports. How awesome is that?!

6-  TIMELY

TIMELY. png

This app keeps the timer going for every business event you need it to.  Not only does it keep you from working for free, but it nips any time disputes that might arise with a client.  So important for a Graphic Designer!
